This game is a legend. It’s the kind of thing that makes you a better person than you were before you hit “Start”… In short, it’s a must-play—even if the graphics are a bit dated today—because it offers a unique emotional experience you won’t find anywhere else.

A romantic, simple, surprisingly kind, heartfelt, endlessly beautiful, cheerful, sad, simply tragic, simply life-affirming story. The characters are a marvel—absolutely real people with their own personalities and inner demons. Sisi is just a sweetheart and a cutie, my favorite character. My next playthrough will definitely follow her path.
My heart stopped and tears poured out during the scenes after the famous warning in Episode 6; I felt like I had died, the world went black for a few minutes. And the second time I burst into tears was from happiness, true happiness a little later—you know exactly which moment I’m talking about. Such a wonderful happy ending…

I simply didn’t notice any flaws in the novel (if you don’t count the main character’s facial features, which seemed a bit strange to me, but that can be explained by the fact that he’s half-Afghan, if you really want to nitpick).

After [hide]the second jump off the bridge[/hide], I feel like the game should have ended there—it would have felt more complete—but I think I understand why it was designed this way. Overall, I really enjoyed this game.

This was the first visual novel I ever played. It was a long time ago. But I remember it vividly. Like first love.
It has characters you can really connect with and a heartfelt atmosphere. Plus, the chance to have some fun with a bunch of girls, as well as build a (serious) monogamous relationship with a specific lady, of course.
The story is sad, but funny in places. That’s probably the game’s biggest selling point—the wide range of emotions it lets you experience!
It deserves its spot in the top 200!
