The first season is over, and now we can say something definite about this game. When I started playing, I secretly expected it to be Leap Of Faith with different characters, but the developer proved me wrong. And rightly so! This is not LoF, it’s a step forward, and what we see here is not just a novel, not just a story, but a detective story, just like those of Conan Doyle. Speaking of which, when I reached the season finale, I realized how blind I had been to the details. No, of course I tried to come up with theories and guesses, but alas, I did not succeed — Drift once again proved that he is capable of surprising us. The rest in a nutshell: the plot is great, the humor is good, the picture is good, the music is good, the models are for every taste — excellent.
With every fiber of my being, I despise and hate sandbox games, but I gave this one a chance anyway and didn’t regret it. The game has very well-written characters, each girl has her own personality and manner of communication. The plot is more or less interesting, there is room for development, and there is some humor. In general, I will keep an eye on the game.
I liked this developer’s previous game, so I expected everything to be up to par, and I can say that all my expectations were met. Most likely, this game will be a long-term project, and the story will be very long, since in episode 3, the whole plot is just getting started. The scenes are cool, the girls are interesting and have their own quirks. What I didn’t like was the very strange character development; most of them appeared out of nowhere, and the scenes are just as spontaneous.
The game is similar in every way to this developer’s first game, with the same plot, in which events develop slowly and sluggishly, boring gameplay, standard dialogues, and mediocre visual and psychologically stereotypical models (with the exception of minor characters). The game is not so much bad as it is mediocre, and (this is purely subjective, however) boring.
