A good game with an interesting plot and lots of hot and perverted scenes. But also a huge amount of grinding, senseless and merciless. I recommend checking out the RenPy remake of this game.
A top-notch game, the gradual corruption of the main character is superbly executed. It lacks a little in terms of graphics (or resolution), but otherwise the game has no drawbacks. There are choices in the game, for those who care about that.
I love games about depravity, but such a sadistic and absurd progression system just depresses me. I have never encountered such cruel grinding of the same dialogues, scenes, and events anywhere else. Yes, the main character is good, yes, the game has a lot of varied depraved sex in all kinds of depraved situations, but all this splendor is simply suffocated by the grind (plus, personally, I don’t really like the mystical background of what’s going on). I got through about 60% of the content, and that’s where my authority ends.

The game is 100% kinetic novel (which wasn’t mentioned in the description, otherwise I would have calmly passed it by).
There is no character development for the hero; he gradually and inevitably turns into a sperm collector for everyone, and you can’t skip practically anything, even the most disgusting parts with the most disgusting characters…
RPGM is completely out of place here; you can’t skip anything important (don’t want the main character to be smeared across the piss-covered floor and covered in cream? Well, you have to…), so the walkthrough just turns into a way to kill time (there is a version on Ren’py, but it seems to have been abandoned).
All of the above is a great pity, because the game, the main character, and the plot were very promising at the beginning…
