This week, the work on the game felt less like a raging storm and more like the meticulous assembly of a mosaic—we focused on deepening the details and laying the groundwork for future beauty. Here’s what we’ve been up to.
Treasures of the Worlds: From Idea to Visuals
Most of my time was spent creating visual variety for your future discoveries. The next time you find a mysterious artifact deep within a world, know that its vessel has been on a long journey!
- Chests with Character: I turned to a neural network as a source of inspiration to conceptualize the appearance of hidden containers. After receiving numerous concepts—from ancient rune-covered chests to magically twisted crystal formations—I illustrated the final variants. Now, every find will be not just a “box,” but a small story hinting at the world where it was hidden.
- Detailing Resource Gathering: I also created additional variations of illustrations for resource collection scenes. Our goal is for each such scene, even within the same mechanic, to look unique and enhance immersion in a specific corner of the multiverse.
Technology in Progress: Behind the Scenes
- AI Experiments: I start training my own LoRA model for Stable Diffusion. While the results are still unstable, this is an expected part of the process. The next step is expanding and refining the training dataset. We aim to achieve perfectly stylized and predictable output.
- Optimization is a Priority: Together with our programmer, we are actively exploring ways to improve the game’s performance on mobile devices. We’ve identified several “bottlenecks” and are already testing solutions to ensure smooth gameplay even on less powerful phones. Your comfort is our top priority.
News from the Script Guild and a Linguistic Discovery
- We eagerly await new script chapters from our writer. As soon as the material arrives, the phase of its integration and voicing our plans will begin.
