Overall, it’s a perfectly average game, average in everything—the plot, characters, graphics, animations, etc. If we use a 5-point scale, then it’s strictly a 3. The music is a little better, it fits the theme everywhere, so that’s probably a 4, but the humor is a 2, there’s almost none of it. The only thing I didn’t like was the sex in the game. First, there’s not much for 6 updates, only Mia and Hazel. Second, there are (so far) 6 characters to like, one is 18, Hazel is 37, the rest are 20-22, and the MC is 20. MC is a virgin, Mia was a virgin, and I suspect that all the other love interests will turn out to be virgins too, even though they’re in their early twenties, although it turns out that Hazel already gave birth to Mia at 17. I understand that this is a work of fiction, but as far as I’m concerned, it’s a stretch. Were they all waiting for the MC to appear in their lives?
At first, I wanted to write a negative review, because the game doesn’t stand out in any way, but now there’s so much blatant crap coming out that I don’t even want to write a negative review, so I couldn’t bring myself to do it. But the game doesn’t deserve a positive review either, so my review is neutral. If you want, play it and judge for yourself.
It’s not bad for a start. It’s clear that the author based it on a clichéd plot, but he did a pretty good job with the execution. The graphics are decent, there’s voice acting and video inserts, but in my opinion, everything is done at an average level. I hope that in the future the author will pick up speed, correct the mistakes, and make this project worthy of the top 100.
Great game! Been wanting a similar storyline to the anime Raising Levels Alone for a long time. So far the game is just developing, but I like the story.
Downside: Sure would like more variation of dialog choices for the hero… or else only 2 choices each….
But otherwise the game is awesome!
