I recommend it to everyone. A very high-quality and interesting AVN. The only downside is the author’s productivity, which is 0/5 on the Ocean scale, but the story is unlikely to be stretched out over 50+ years. For me, it’s a solid top 10, an uncertain top 5.
The story of what is happening at the moment v.0.38 is not revealed much, so it is difficult to judge how well developed it is as a whole. BUT the narrative is light, and the VN is easy to read and understand.
The visual component is well developed, and the emotions and feelings of the characters are conveyed through their faces and gestures (these are not wooden dolls).
The sound component is also well matched to the moments that are happening.
The game is definitely worth playing. A solid B for the TOP 20.
I had two encounters with this game. When I played it for the first time, I didn’t really delve into the story, being captivated by the excellent visuals. By the time 3.5 came out, I didn’t even remember the plot. I decided to play it again. After all, updates for this visual novel are rare (and the number of new renders is relatively modest). In general, I can now say with confidence that the project is extremely worthy! So much so that it is in no way inferior to Oushov’s novels. Light Cavalry has everything it takes to create a compelling story. But the implementation is so sluggish, it’s just awful…
